Sabre operates a 24 hour claims Helpline service on 0800 243 071. If you have not already reported your claim via your broker contact number, call our Helpline who will take you through the process. If you are covered for damage to your car our Helpline will instruct their appointed repairers to contact you and arrange collection of your vehicle and provide you with a courtesy car while yours is being repaired.
Following your initial contact regarding a new claim, you will be sent a direct dial number for the person handling the non-repair aspects of the claim. This number should be used for all enquiries with Sabre, other than for those directly concerning the repair of your vehicle. This may include, for example, total loss valuations. Have you had an accident with one of our policyholders? We are sorry to hear that you have had an accident - but we hope to help. If you think that our policyholder was to blame, call our Helpline on 0800 243 071. They will take the details and make sure that a rapid decision is made about whether we can pay your claim. If we agree that our policyholder was to blame we will treat you as our customer and arrange for your car to be repaired and for a courtesy car to be supplied to keep you on the road.
